Course Overview:
This seminar reviews the two codecs which will dominate the video coding scene in the next years: HEVC/H.265 and VP9. The lecture will provide an overview of the two codecs, the industry position,  the stream syntax as well as coding and testing tools

Who should attend:
Engineers, team leaders, development managers, product managers who wish to understand future codecs and coding requirements

Prerequisite:
Understanding of coding techniques like DCT and entropy coding
